Meet Natalie & Warren Wilkins, Founders of Operation Serve Strong

We’re Natalie and Warren - partners in life, business, and service.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working directly with military organizations through government contracts. And one truth became clear early on: there is a gap between the desire to serve… and the readiness to begin.

Operation Serve Strong was born out of a calling to stand in that gap.

This isn’t just a fitness program. It’s a mission to help future service members - of all ages - prepare for what’s ahead. With expert-led coaching in fitness, nutrition, and mindset, we walk alongside those working to meet enlistment standards and step into service with confidence and strength.

But our mission doesn’t stop there.

We also created this program for those who already serve - and those who have served.

We’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is to transition out of the military.

The loss of community. The sudden shift in routine. The question of “what now?”

For many, it’s not just a lifestyle change - it’s an identity crisis. And the weight of that can lead to deep loneliness, mental health struggles, and the devastating grip of PTSD.

We don’t want our veterans to become a statistic.

We want them to have a home with us - a place to reconnect with purpose, to feel seen, and to use everything they’ve walked through to strengthen the next generation.

That’s why we’ve made mentorship a core part of our program.

Veterans are not just welcome here - they’re essential. Their stories, their strength, and their wisdom offer something no textbook ever could.

And with the help of our donor and scholarship fund, we’ve made it possible for others to join the mission too - giving individuals and organizations the chance to directly support future and former service members.

Because when you stand behind someone who’s willing to serve - whether they’re just beginning, still active, or finding their way back - you’re doing more than changing one life.

You’re investing in the strength, legacy, and future of those who keep this country standing.

This is more than preparation.

This is purpose.

This is family.

  • "OSS Created a plan for me that works

    The hardest part of exercising is figuring out what you want to do- And what you need. Are you trying to shed a few pounds? Build muscle? Build a routine that will keep you fit for the foreseeable future? 

    How are you going to accomplish that? Are you going to diet? Run two miles every day? Focus on lifting? Swim a lot? It doesn't matter what your goals are- There's a lot of conflicting information out there.

    When I met the Wilkins, I was trying to improve, but nothing was really working that well. All I had was really basic knowledge: Do push ups, situps, do 10 reps on this machine, etc. I'd exercised before but didn't really know what I was doing- I was getting some results, but not what I needed.

    The Wilkins really helped me out. As a Coast Guardsman, I don't have a lot of free time to experiment with my personal fitness and find out what works best. I prefer having a solid plan rather than just freestyling it. I asked the Wilkins for some advice on what to do, and they gave me a solid workout plan that detailed exactly what I should focus on and exactly how to do it. It was super simple and easy to parse. And the best part is that it actually got me results. I've never been a really physical person, but doing their workouts has kept me in pretty great condition. Gone are my days of struggling to move heavy equipment or take all of my groceries inside at the same time.
